About Me

Hiya, I’m Jay Jhonson (though Jay is short for my actual name) and I’m interested in taking you on a journey with me through life with all its highs and lows.

I’m a British Caribbean woman whose whole purpose of building this blog is so that you can come and share your thoughts, dreams, and emotions without any fear of reprimand or prejudice. And in doing so, learn about what it’s like being  you, being comfortable in your own skin and getting what you need to get off  your chest!2aboutmeDSC00326

In other words I want you to embark on this journey with me through time, to help improve ourselves as people and human beings.

I’m not here to sugar coat things, I’ll give it to you straight as it is, with the desired outcome in mind, whatever that may be as long as it’s a positive one. Every experience is different for each individual, Being different is a gift not a fault.  Everyone has an opinion and whether right or wrong you’re entitled to it and as far as I’m concerned, you’re not only welcome but encouraged to share it with myself and all readers.

If you have something to say: Say it!

Something to argue: Debate it!

You want it, you got it, that’s what my blog is about.

Whether a post is about love, family, work or more..you’re invited to come over to www.jayjhonson.com to discuss it.

Share, Comment and come share the experience of being a human being with the tests that we face along the way!

If you would like to get a little more insight into how i am then here’s some fun albeit strange (for some people) info about myself (and some of you, if you can relate) ; 27 problems only introverts will understand 🙂

I read your blog about ‘How do I move on’ and what can I say besides the fact it sums up EVERYTHING that has happened to me these past few weeks. My ex-gf left me, and how you’re feeling, what you’ve conceived in your head is EXACTLY the way I feel. I couldn’t say it any better… This blog is amazing. It has opened up my heart, my perspective, and has boosted my confidence. I appreciate this blog so much, and wish you good luck and fortune!

She’s made way for your ‘right’ woman to enter your life 😉 The hard part is finding the strength to get through it with all our sanity in tact.
